    • Consult and develop research software for HathiTrust Research Center (HTRC), primarily for TORCHLITE - a web application for querying and analyzing the HathiTrust Digital Library data and updating the Extracted Features Dataset.
    • Design and develop software for Policy Design Lab – a web application that provides functionality to translate, apply and integrate research from multiple disciplines to understand and develop policy concepts or ideas, starting with agricultural conservation, sustainability and climate change through the Farm Bill Mapping Initiative (https://policydesignlab.ncsa.illinois.edu/)

    • Design and develop software for image and text data analysis for a historical big data analysis project that studies the social construction of juvenile delinquency using XSEDE (Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment) resources (https://ssa.ncsa.illinois.edu/isda/projects/xsede/)
    • Lead development on the integration module that connected the Rokwire Platform with NCSA COVID LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) that was used by SHIELD T3 (https://www.shieldt3.com/, Dec. 2020 – Jun. 2022) and SHIELD CU (https://www.osfhealthcare.org/c/shield-cu/, Mar. 2021 – Jun. 2022) to send COVID-19 test orders into the NCSA COVID LIMS and send test results to the Safer Community app. This integration module was used in community testing of COVID-19, and between SHIELD T3 and SHIELD CU, it processed ~1 million COVID-19 test orders/results in the Champaign-Urbana region and at multiple test sites managed by SHIELD T3 across the United States.

• Facilitated the NSF-funded CyberAmbassadors Program (professional skills training for Cyberinfrastructure professionals, https://sites.google.com/msu.edu/cyberambassadors/) at the University of Illinois. Conducted training on Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership modules (10.5 hours) of the curriculum - 46 participants across the university attended at least one session and 17 participants completed the training program, Sep. 2022 – Nov. 2022
• Facilitated the first offering of NSF-funded CyberAmbassadors Program at the University of Illinois. Conducted training on Communication and Teamwork modules (9 hours) of the curriculum - 55 participants across the university attended at least one session and 20 participants completed the training program, Aug. 2021 – Sep. 2021
